My region has a limited budget. How much does ePrepare cost?

We thoroughly understand the budget constraints of organizations involved in public health and emergency preparedness. With limited funding and tight budget limitations, many emergency preparedness plans are often too expensive to carry out. We have developed ePrepare to be a cost-effective tool for your organization and offer flexible, low-cost, monthly pricing options to meet your needs. I am only interested in one component of ePrepare. Can I purchase components separately?

Yes, absolutely. ePrepare is designed to complement your existing systems and to meet the specific emergency preparedness needs of your region. ePrepare can be integrated with systems that you already use and you may pick and choose applications to meet your region's evolving requirements. So whether you need only one application, or all three, ePrepare will work seamlessly to enhance emergency preparedness in your region, while providing you the flexibility and control you need.

Do I have to sign a long-term contract?

No. To provide you with the most flexibility and convenience, ePrepare is a pay-monthly-as-you-go service. There are no long term contracts or commitments required on your part. You may cancel your account at any time.  

Technical

How do you ensure the security and safety of user data?

The security of your data is of the highest importance to us. We use a SLL encryption for all of our accounts. Your data is hosted in a cloud server in an extremely secure environment where access is restricted and only retrievable with a user with permissions to do so.

ePrepare is hosted on top of RackSpace Inc.'s cloud computing platform. They are an industry leader, trusted by more than 90,000 business customers in more than 120 countries.

Rackspace has stringent security procedures in place to protect the security of their servers and integrity of the data they store. Controlled data centers are staffed 24/7/365, monitored by video surveillance, and protected by extensive security authentication methods.

All of your data is fully segregated from all other users' and at no time will your data be co-mingled. Your account receives its own individual database on our severs to ensure your data is kept secure and confidential at all times.

How can I customize ePrepare to meet my needs?

ePrepare is customizable to meet your region's unique needs. Call our office or send us an e-mail and someone will be happy to walk you through the options and features available.

If I decide ePrepare is not for my region, can I stop using it and easily switch to a different system?

Yes. We do not lock you in by keeping your data. We will export all your data in an easy-to-use format that you can take with you, if you do decide to cancel your account. After you cancel your account, we will remove all of your data from our servers and archives. Please send us an email if you have any questions.

What are the system requirements to use ePrepare?

ePrepare is a completely web-based, hosted solution so all you need is an internet connection and an Internet browser. There is nothing more to install. ePrepare works on PC and Mac computers, and all major browsers. We do recommend using an up-to-date browser, such as Mozilla Firefox 9.x, Internet Explorer 9.x, Safari 5.x, or Opera 11.x
